AceFever is committed to publishing accurate information. We make mistakes. This page explains how to report one and what happens when we receive a report.

How to Report an Error#

If you believe something on AceFever is factually incorrect — a house edge figure, an RTP value, a statement about gambling regulation, or any other factual claim — please contact us with: the URL of the page containing the error; the specific claim you believe is wrong; and the basis for the correction (ideally with a link to a primary source that contradicts our claim).

Email: corrections@acefever.com
Or use the contact form at: acefever.com/contact-us/

Anonymous corrections are accepted and reviewed equally. You do not need to identify yourself.

How We Review Correction Reports#

Every correction report is reviewed within five working days of receipt. The review process: (1) We identify the specific claim in the article. (2) We check the claim against the primary sources we originally used. (3) We check the source provided by the person reporting the error. (4) We reach an internal determination: confirmed, partially confirmed, not confirmed, or requires further investigation.

What Happens When a Correction Is Confirmed#

If a correction is confirmed: the article is updated to reflect the accurate information; a correction note is added to the article stating what was changed, the date it was changed, and briefly why; and the article’s “last updated” date is changed to the date of the correction.

We do not silently edit articles. A correction is always documented visibly on the page.

What Happens When a Report Is Not Confirmed#

If we review a correction report and determine the original claim is accurate, we will not change the article. Where the question involves a genuine dispute between sources, we may add a note to acknowledge the disagreement and explain our reasoning.

Who Authorizes Corrections#

Corrections are reviewed and authorized by AceFever’s editorial lead. For mathematically complex claims, a second contributor with a relevant background reviews the correction before it is applied. For regulatory claims, the relevant primary source must be consulted before any correction is made.
